Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and dry all fresh herbs thoroughly.
- Mince the garlic cloves finely.
- Chop the dill, parsley, and chives into small pieces.
- Add the Greek yogurt to a medium mixing bowl.
- Mix in the minced garlic and fresh lemon juice.
- Drizzle in the olive oil and stir until smooth.
- Add sea salt and black pepper.
- Fold in the chopped dill, parsley, and chives gently.
- Add red pepper flakes if desired.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use full-fat Greek yogurt for the creamiest texture. Fresh herbs provide the best flavor, and chilling the dip before serving helps the flavors blend beautifully.
