Ingredients
1 cup plain whole-milk Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, garlic, and lemon juice.
Stir in chopped dill, parsley, and chives.
Drizzle in olive oil and gradually mix until smooth.
Season with sea salt and black pepper to taste.
Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes to allow flavors to meld before serving.
Notes
Substitute plain unsweetened yogurt for a tangier flavor.
Herbs can be replaced with 1 tablespoon dried oregano + 1 teaspoon dried basil if fresh is unavailable.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
Best served chilled with crudités, pita chips, or as a sauce for grilled meats.
