- 1/4 cup per serving Whipped cream topping
- 1/2 cup, sliced Fresh strawberries
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Instructions
- Boil one cup of filtered water in a kettle or small saucepan until steam rises visibly and the water reaches a rolling boil.
- Pour the boiling water into a large mixing bowl.
- Add the entire box of sugar-free strawberry gelatin to the boiling water immediately.
- Stir continuously for two minutes until the gelatin dissolves completely and no granules remain visible.
- Add the unflavored gelatin packet to the mixture while stirring gently.
- Stir for an additional one minute to ensure uniform distribution throughout the pink bariatric gelatin recipe base.
- Stir one cup of cold water into the hot gelatin mixture immediately after the unflavored gelatin is fully incorporated.
- Allow the mixture to cool for approximately five minutes, stirring occasionally to release heat evenly.
- Measure one scoop of vanilla protein powder into a separate small mixing bowl.
- Add two tablespoons of the cooled gelatin mixture to the protein powder, stirring to create a smooth paste without lumps.
- Pour this protein mixture back into the large bowl containing the remaining gelatin.
- Stir thoroughly for one minute to fully incorporate the protein powder into the pink bariatric gelatin recipe.
- Add one-half teaspoon of vanilla extract and stir gently to combine without creating excess bubbles.
- Pour the prepared mixture into four individual serving cups or one eight-by-eight-inch glass baking dish.
- Allow the pink bariatric gelatin recipe to cool to room temperature for approximately ten minutes.
- Transfer the cups or dish to the refrigerator immediately.
- Refrigerate for a minimum of four hours, or until the pink bariatric gelatin recipe is completely set and jiggles only slightly when moved gently.
- Remove the pink bariatric gelatin recipe from the refrigerator when ready to serve, top each serving with two tablespoons of whipped cream, and arrange fresh strawberry slices on top.
Notes
Prepare the complete pink bariatric gelatin recipe base and refrigerate without adding whipped cream or strawberry toppings. Add toppings immediately before serving to maintain textural contrast and prevent whipped cream from absorbing into pink bariatric gelatin recipe surface.
