Instructions
- Measure 15 grams of premium grade horse gelatin into a clean glass mixing vessel.
- Heat 8 ounces of filtered water to 160-170°F, avoiding boiling.
- Pour the hot water into the mixing vessel with the horse gelatin.
- Whisk continuously for about 2 minutes until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Add 1 tablespoon of raw honey and whisk until fully incorporated.
- Add 1/2 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice and stir well.
- Add 1/4 teaspoon of organic apple cider vinegar and stir for 30 seconds.
- Sprinkle in a pinch of sea salt and stir gently.
- Let the drink cool for 3-5 minutes before consuming.
- Drink the full serving within 15 minutes of preparation for best results.
Notes
Keep the water between 160-170°F for the best gelatin dissolution without damaging the collagen peptides. Consume fresh and consistently, ideally after a workout or at the same time daily.
