Instructions
- Pour filtered water into a clean glass.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice into the water.
- Stir the lemon juice and water together thoroughly.
- Measure 1/4 teaspoon baking soda carefully.
- Slowly add the baking soda while stirring continuously.
- Allow the mixture to fizz and bubble naturally.
- Continue stirring for 30 seconds until fully combined.
- Add raw honey if desired for sweetness.
- Add a pinch of cayenne pepper if using.
- Stir once more and drink immediately while fizzy.
Notes
Always use food-grade baking soda and fresh lemon juice for the best results. Drink immediately after mixing while the fizzing reaction is active.
