Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon food-grade baking soda
- 8 ounces filtered water, room temperature or warm
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice, optional
- 1 pinch Himalayan pink salt, optional
Instructions
- Pour the filtered water into a clean glass.
- Measure the food-grade baking soda accurately and add it to the water.
- Stir the mixture for 30 seconds, until the baking soda is completely dissolved.
- Add the optional fresh lemon juice, if desired.
- Add a tiny pinch of optional Himalayan pink salt, if desired.
- Stir again until evenly combined.
- Drink immediately after preparing.
