Ingredients
12–16 whole wheat lumpia wrappers (thinner, low-fat version)
2 tablespoons olive oil cooking spray
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
1/2 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
Pinch of salt (reduce to 1/4 teaspoon if using low-sodium wrappers)
Instructions
Cut each lumpia wrapper into 4 triangles
Place on air fryer basket/tray in single layer
Spray with olive oil coating and sprinkle cinnamon, chili powder, and salt
Air fry at 375°F for 6-7 minutes, flipping halfway until golden and crispy
Notes
Use halal-certified vegetarian wrappers if required
Store in airtight container for up to 3 days
